Cleveland Primecare Telemedicine platform makes connecting with your Provider quicker and easier from the convenience of your mobile device. Cleveland Primecare offers a telemedicine solution that allows Providers and Patients to communicate more efficiently by using secure, HIPAA compliant text messaging, video visits and question-based asynchronous visits.

We also integrate with Apple HealthKit and all data sent by devices and apps to Apple Health is also received by Cleveland Primecare Telemedicine.
